Only one third of secondary students use school catering. It's not difficult to see why:
Schools recognise these problems. But when they talk to the traditional school caterers about change and improvement they get little response. Again it's not difficult to see why. The caterers collect their management fee anyway. Regardless of their performance. Regardless of uptake. Regardless of costs.
Students aren't satisfied with school food and are voting with their feet. And schools are paying more and more for a worsening service.
It's why we had to reinvent school catering. Completely.
